Sogachi Return Policy
At Sogachi, we strive to provide high-quality fashion products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Receive Return Authorization:
- Our support team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Ship Your Return:
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the return authorization number.

Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchange Policy:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
